- Taking ownership and manage the day-to-day running of Affiliate Marketing Activity
- Create and build relationships with Publishers, Affiliate Agencies, and direct Affiliates
- Locating new affiliate partners and opportunities
- Managing affiliate payments and invoicing
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and streamline the creation of affiliate marketing material
- Keeping up with current affiliate trends
- Being responsible for the creation of reports and presentations to convey affiliate performance
- Analysing performance and optimizing and testing campaigns to improve ROI
- Help the Marketing team with affiliate marketing strategy
- Main POC to 3rd parties and ensures the brand is accurately reflected across all marketing activities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Extensive Affiliate Marketing experience, with an understanding of data, tech applications and tools
- Great commercial awareness and full understanding of product profitability dynamics
- Experience managing senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting in front of senior stakeholders

Primary Function
As a Modelling artist, you will have to create 100% technically accurate photorealistic 3D models looking at CAD and photographic references of furniture pieces. Timely creative execution of all models with individual product shots as well as lifestyle scenes. These shots will then be uploaded to our website.
Role & Responsibilities
- Should have worked extensively on interior/lifestyle modelling. Knowledge of basic ergonomics related to furniture products.
- Should be able to read the line drawings and CADs files and translate them from CAD formats.
- Should be able to follow design references accurately to create 3D models.
- Should have a strong sense of scale, form, weight and volume.
- Ability to produce work that is photorealistic and ‘detail orientated’
- Expertise in software used to create 3D models.
- Should have the ability to quality check their own output as per the standards.
- Should produce high quality work within agreed timescales.
- Be able to execute to the needs of the development teams and creative team.
- Ability to foster positive, collaborative relationships.
- Have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills with vendors.

Role & Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Marketing Team to deliver the customer communication strategy
- Create and maintain data-driven, best-in-class email campaigns (weekly newsletters, triggered campaigns, and automated email journeys)
- Deconstruct the customer journey and build communication plans to drive growth throughout the acquisition funnel and remove friction from the post-purchase funnel
- Identify and understand key customer journey touchpoints to ensure we are delivering the right message at the best possible time
- Analyse channel performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Champion first-party data and take the wider business on the Digital journey, ensuring stakeholders understand eCRM objectives and benefits

As a social media manager, you’ll need to:
